Back to School Program

Back to what we do

Launched in 1989 the Back-to-School Program provides educational resources, textbooks and stationery for young people experiencing financial difficulty and unstable living conditions.

The program has directly assisted over 16,500 school students and over 400 University students.

To qualify for assistance the young person must be referred to the Les Twentyman Foundation by their ‘school welfare coordinator’ and must be receiving the ‘independent living allowance’.
