Trek-to-Konnect – CLUB20 Luncheon
On November 20, 2017 – 16 young men from Melbourne’s western suburbs are teaming with members of Victoria Police to tackle the Kokoda Track. A partnership between The Les Twentyman Foundation and VicPol has developed a proactive program around building positive relationships. The team has been training for the trek over the last 3-months to prepare and this is your opportunity to hear how this has impacted both – young people, and Police.
We will be hearing from another guest speaker (to be confirmed) and will finish with our usual stand-up comedy to brighten your day.
Your attendance includes meals, beer, wine, soft-drink, coffee & tea.
Hear directly from Victoria Police and the young men involved in the project about the power of positive relationships.
As not all CLUB20 Members will attend, there is the opportunity to increase your ticket numbers. Please inform Lisa Blackmore if you wish to bring extra guests. As our numbers become clear, we can let you know.
Unfortunately, we are still waiting on confirmation of a further guest speaker and will advise you as soon as we hear the news!!
We will have our usual comedy routine as part of the afternoon, so join the family and finish the day with a few laughs.
